Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Nail Vault. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed for dispatch within 2-3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment Methods

TTPOST delivery costs TT$30 and is dispatched once payment in full via bank deposit or online transfer has been completed (i.e payment has been confirmed on our end).

Items are held for 3 business days after the order has been placed for payment to be made. The order will automatically be canceled and the items will be restocked after 3 working days if proof of payment has not been submitted.

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after the day it has been dispatched but may go beyond the estimated time, according to couriers' routes and schedules.

Please ensure that you select "Bank Deposit" as your payment method if you choose TTPOST Delivery. 

 

Cash on Delivery costs TT$45. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after the day it has been dispatched but may go beyond the estimated time, according to the couriers' routes and schedules. We aim to dispatch orders at the next available dispatch time. Additionally, deliveries to some areas are not scheduled as often as others and will result in a longer delivery time. It is difficult to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, however, if you do wish to cancel, the delivery fee of $45 will still have to be incurred.

Customers who fail to cancel in a timely manner or collect their order will be blacklisted, which means that future orders will not be fulfilled. In order to be removed from the blacklist, the delivery fee from the defaulted order must be paid for along with the new order total, including the delivery fee for the new order (TTPOST: $30) , via bank deposit or online transfer and the package will be sent via TTPOST.

 

Please note that any delays in deliveries, once orders have been dispatched, are beyond our control as both shipping methods are fulfilled by external companies.
